There are various traditional and non-traditional dishes from all over the world, combined with quality ingredients and often crazy ideas which might be a unique experience. Fully Belly Food Truck has been a fixture of the Czech-Slovak street food scene for over 6 years and will take care of you at the Tattoo Session Silesia event.

The legendary Opava food truck started their own bistro with a tapas bar where you can experience a relaxed Southern atmosphere. Great selection of wines, unique cocktails and a varied menu of dishes combined with a beautiful interior – this is a gem that you will find in the historic centre of Opava.

There is Petr Baier and his team behind the entire project who decided to return home with the vision of creating something great in his hometown; after years spent abroad. All in all, what can you be looking forward to in October at our event? Louisiana Gumbo soup with shrimp and chorizo, a veggie version of Asian Bao dumplings, or a grilled cheese sandwich with shredded meat from an American smoker. All accompanied with pleasant sitting in front of the church of St. Wenceslas.
